Day 2
Having enjoyed a relaxing morning, drive down to Kumarakom by 12noon (just 1 hour drive). Lunch at the Resort. Spend rest of the day relaxing at the lakeside or poolside. Have some fun with the partner while trying your hand at any of the ethnic activities arranged in the Resort such as coir making, pot making with clay, etc…Relish the one hour cultural activity arranged in the Resort premises in the evening. Day 3
After breakfast, go on a 2 hour village tour in countryside of storybook beauty. Know the life and lifestyle of the villagers closely. A full relaxing day at Kumarakom. Enjoy a soothing full body ayurvedic oil massage (optional). Go on a one hour sunset cruise. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 4
Morning at leisure. Check-out from the Resort by 12 noon and direct check-in into a Houseboat (a luxury boat made in ethnic Kerala style having well appointed sitting room, bedrooms, toilet and kitchen). Drift in the serene backwaters. Watch the spectacular beauty of long stretches of coconut palms and paddy fields. Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay on boat.
Day 5
After a brief cruise and breakfast, check out from the Houseboat by 9:30am. Transfer to Kovalam, one of the most renowned beach hamlet in South India (3 ½ hours journey). Check-in at the beach side Resort. Stroll intimately with your partner on this lively beach were sea and sand are as far as the eye can see. The beautiful bay of calm waters is absolutely ideal for swimming. Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 6
Full day and overnight in Kovalam. Relax or stroll with your partner at this clean and lively beach. You may rejuvenate your body at any of the high-end Ayurvedic Centers with the pampering therapies of Ayurveda (optional activity). Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 7
Transfer to Trivandrum Airport for departure with flying memories for the rest of the married life.
