Meet and greet the representative of OSCON Holidays at Cochin Airport upon arrival. Transfer to the hotel with the escort of OSCON representative. Day at Leisure. The children are taken care of by our well-trained staff, if the parents have to spend their own time at the pool side, massage parlor or anywhere else (optional facility). Watch an enchanting one-hour Kathakali show, the traditional dance form of Kerala – in a theater in the city, or, spend a splendid evening in a private boat watching sunset and the Cochin Port/Harbor area. Overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 2
Having enjoyed a relaxing morning, drive down to Kumarakom by 12noon (just 1 hour drive). Lunch at the Resort. Spend rest of the day relaxing at the lakeside or poolside. Have some family fun while trying your hand at any of the ethnic activities arranged in the Resort such as coir making, pot making with clay, etc…Relish the one hour cultural activity arranged in the Resort premises in the evening. Dinner at the Resort. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 3
After breakfast, go on a 2 hour village tour in countryside of storybook beauty. Know the life and lifestyle of the villagers closely. A full relaxing day at Kumarakom. Enjoy a soothing full body Ayurvedic oil massage (optional). Go on a one hour sunset cruise. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 4
Morning at leisure. Check-out from the Resort by 12 noon and direct check-in into a Houseboat (a luxury boat made in ethnic Kerala style having well appointed sitting room, bedrooms, toilet and kitchen). Drift in the serene backwaters. Watch the spectacular beauty of long stretches of coconut palms and paddy fields. Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay on boat.
Day 5
Another brief cruising with breakfast before checking out from the Houseboat by 9:30am. Transfer to Cochin Airport for departure.
